Senior Mechanical Engineer – Akron, OH, United States
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering/specification of mechanical equipment, including material handling equipment, pumps, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and other process equipment
- Pipe stress analysis/pipe support design
- Lead Engineer for projects
- Interfaces with other engineering disciplines and clients
- Performs field work as needed
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree
- A minimum fifteen years experience
- Experience in some or all of the areas of engineering mentioned above
- Professional Engineering license a plus
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Authorizes a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
- Submits to a drug test post offer
- Possesses a valid driver's license
- Accepts that this position may require some domestic overnight travel
