Lead mechanical and thermal design, simulation, validation, and manufacturing integration for Static Transfer Switches and Power Distribution Units. Support product testing and certification, improve existing designs, lead root cause analysis for complex issues, and contribute to design reviews and mentoring.
Requirements: Requires at least five years of mechanical design and simulation experience with electromechanical systems, proficiency in 3D CAD, and expertise in FEA and CFD. A mechanical engineering degree, experience with sheet metal and electromechanical assemblies, thermal and vibration testing, and knowledge of relevant power equipment standards are specified; a PE license and PhD are preferred.
