Required Experience & Skills
- Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS for CAD, SolidWorks Simulation or ANSYS for FEA, and PDM/Teamcenter for data management.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T standards and practical application, including tolerance analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including internal and customer‑facing presentations.
- Ability to create clear technical reports, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills for components and subsystems.
- Experience collaborating within cross‑functional project teams; ability to support and guide smaller efforts or workstreams.
- Familiarity with SEMI standards is a plus.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10‑15 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree with 6‑10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 10%
