Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Matter Information Analyst will manage complex client/matter rates and pricing data, perform data changes, and train new team members while supporting the Matter Information Sr. Manager. Key responsibilities Oversee and manage data changes related to client/matter rates and pricing structures Analyze alternative fee arrangements and provide guidance on appropriate rate methodologies Train and mentor junior team members while assisting with project assignments and daily operations Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in a law firm or similar environment Proven ability to train and mentor team members Strong understanding of legal terminology and rate structures Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including percentages Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
