Here are the details:Position: Marketing SpecialistLocation: Florham Park, NJ (HYBRID)Rate: NegotiableDuration: 6+ MonthsResponsibilities:Plan and execute multi-channel/multi-touch direct marketing engagement programs consisting of email, phone, in person, in-product, service delivery, and other marketing tactics.Drive the overall diverse markets marketing strategy defined by marketing and sales leadership.Develop relationships with marketing partners at multiple diverse market organizations to influence them to deploy marketing tactics to support new client acquisition.Develop detailed joint marketing plans with diverse market partners, including email campaigns, websites, direct mail, webinars, in-branch marketing, thought leadership, etc.Assist with the onboarding of diverse market partners, including cobranded collateral, emails, and lead gen pages, in-product and statement messaging.Prepare and deliver pertinent, viable information to assist upper management in strategic decision making and contribute to the development and execution of initiatives.Work with and educate the sales teams to ensure proper execution of marketing-driven leads from diverse market campaigns.Track and evaluate results and communicate these to senior management on a regular basis.
