Senior Marketing Program Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Marketing Program Manager, responsible for managing complex marketing initiatives, supporting digital communications, and coordinating cross-functional projects within the Legal & Insurance Marketing team. Key Responsibilities Own the operational coordination of marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with deadlines and business goals Build and deploy email communications in HubSpot, managing calendars, list segmentation, and performance reporting Improve operational workflows and maintain project management systems, ensuring clear visibility into work and priorities Required Qualifications 3-6+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or related operational roles Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms for email communications Strong understanding of B2B marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Drive Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience preferred
