Our client, a well-established manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and automation across a diverse product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and marketing operations strategy, including budgets, roadmaps, and vendor management
- Oversee website performance, user experience, conversion optimization, SEO, and emerging AI search strategies
- Manage marketing technology platforms, integrations, and automation
- Develop AI-powered workflows to scale content creation and streamline marketing processes
- Build performance dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Improve marketing data infrastructure and the distribution of product content and sales materials
- Lead team workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within consumer products, manufacturing, or a multi-brand business
- Experience owning digital strategy, website/CMS platforms, SEO, and marketing automation
- Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and leading/mentoring team members
- Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills
