Senior Marketing Manager

ME Engineers is seeking a creative and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our Denver office. As a Senior Marketing Manager you will …

• Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral, including qualification packages, interview presentations, brochures, and other pursuit-related materials.
• Write compelling capability statements, project profiles, past performance narratives, and other content that effectively communicates the firm’s expertise and experience.
• Design engaging infographics and visual content to support business development pursuits and client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to produce strategic, high-impact qualification packages and interview presentations.
• Maintain and update marketing resources, including staff resumes, project profiles, references, project data, and industry awards information.
• Identify, prepare, and submit entries for relevant industry awards, rankings, and recognition programs.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of the firm’s CRM database (Unanet CRM by Cosential).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• 7–15 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for working in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling and accessible marketing content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular expertise in InDesign.
• Experience using and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; knowledge of Unanet CRM by Cosential is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with both peers and firm management, positive client-focused attitude.

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the level of training required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.
