Marketing Manager – Based in Plantation, FL

Action Roofing, one of Florida’s fastest-growing roofing companies, is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Plantation, FL.

In this role, you’ll help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple markets in Florida. You’ll work closely with company leadership and our regional sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support growth and reflect the high standards of the Action Roofing brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and manage local and statewide marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based)
• Oversee social media presence and online reputation management
• Coordinate with vendors and creative partners for advertising and content creation
• Track campaign performance and support data-driven decisions
• Assist with branding, promotions, and community events

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience (home services, construction, or related field preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital and local marketing strategies
• Hands‑on with social media, content creation, and ad platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative, energetic, and results‑oriented
• Base salary around $75,000 (based on experience), 100‑120k after bonus potential
