Key responsibilities Review and analyze solicitations to develop clear proposal response plans and manage complex proposals Translate technical content into accessible marketing language and coordinate proposal assignments for quality control Lead design and production of proposal graphics and layouts while ensuring compliance with brand standards Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or technical writing, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat for producing multi-page documents Experience preparing proposals, compliance matrices, or Federal SF 330 submissions Background in graphic design, website content, social media, SEO, or digital advertising
