Senior Manufacturing Reliability EngineerClinton, Iowa, United StatesWe are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to support and advance reliability excellence across multiple high-volume production facilities. An individual that plays a critical part in improving equipment performance, operational uptime, and overall manufacturing productivity.The ideal candidate brings hands-on reliability engineering experience within complex manufacturing environments and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive, coach, and implement Reliability Excellence systems across multiple rolling mill and extrusion manufacturing plantsDevelop and standardize equipment reliability practices, including:Defect EliminationEquipment Criticality AnalysisPreventive & Predictive MaintenanceCMMS optimizationCondition-Based MonitoringReliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)Champion a culture of equipment ownership and reliability accountability across operationsIdentify and communicate opportunities to improve OEE, asset performance, and productivityPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and Finance teams to implement sustainable reliability improvementsServe as a key technical advisor to plant leadership and maintenance teamsTravel up to 50% between manufacturing sites as neededQualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or manufacturing engineeringStrong understanding of industrial equipment reliability systemsAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointLegal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)Preferred / Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience in rolling mills or extrusion manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of FMEA, RCM, asset hierarchies, and reliability analyticsCRE or CMRP certificationProven experience leading multi-disciplinary improvement teamsStrong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilitiesAdditional RequirementsThis position requires access to export-controlled technology under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or ITAREmployment eligibility verification required upon hire
