What you'll be doing
- Validating equipment and control systems, then writing the protocols and summary reports that document the results
- Leading process development and continuous improvement for both new and existing products
- Supporting and leading non-conformance investigations and CAPA closure
- Driving capital equipment projects for new and upgraded manufacturing lines
- Running time studies, value stream analysis, and lean manufacturing initiatives across the operations team
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Engineering degree with hands-on experience designing, modifying, and implementing processes and equipment
- Comfortable with CAD software and statistical analysis in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong technical writer who can translate complex validation work into clear documentation
- Familiar with lean tools - value stream mapping, flow analysis, time studies
