Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Pharmaceutical/Biological Process Sub‑Function
Location: Temecula, CA (Abbott Vascular Devices division). This role involves complex process design, data modeling, testing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- As the Specialist in the Pharmaceutical/Biological Process Sub‑Function, serves as a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical/biological processes.
- Calculates and organizes all data for complex process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control considerations.
- Models processes and unit operations.
- Ensures proper sequence of operations and prepares specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
- Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity.
- Services, troubleshoots, and resolves engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
- Ensures processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations.
- May be responsible for corrective and preventive actions and investigation management.

Qualifications
Education : Associate’s degree (± 13 years).
Experience / Background : Minimum 7 years.
The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
