Responsibilities may include leading more technical or specialized applications, products or projects, researching market/technical trends, and coordinating larger and cross-functional projects.Works to achieve program, functional, and/or business targets within the team with direct impact on departmental resultsEstablished professional; works under limited supervisionWorks independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and sets objectives or goals of projects and assignments within the teamTypically performs within the department and has scope impact or insights across groupsCommunicates with employees both within and outside of the department on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and/or advising; may communicate with external clients or partners depending upon the job function/organizationInfluences employees within the department at a program/process level regarding concepts or practices and some advice on approachesResponsible for making moderate improvements of programs, processes, procedures, or systems to contribute to the performance of the teamProblems faced are difficult and mildly complex and typically impact a single organization, department or multiple teamsProvides assistance and training to lower-level employeesMay lead significant parts of moderately complex projects or processesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 5 years related professional engineering experience.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in technical field.Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage through competing projects and priorities efficiently with strong attention to detail.Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels including other engineers and/or manufacturing.Leading projects or project managementLean or six sigma experienceAerospace knowledge/experience.Industrial or machine automation experienceExperience with FEA, preferably ANSYS software program.Annual Salary Range: $86,200 - $125,580.
