A results‐driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer with deep expertise in designing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes in a regulated medical device environment. Skilled in developing efficient production layouts, implementing statistical process control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Medtronic Performance System (MPS) methodologies. Demonstrated ability to partner cross‐functionally with Operations, Quality, R&D, Sourcing, and Packaging to support product lifecycle needs and ensure regulatory compliance. Proven track record in leading validation strategy and execution, enhancing key operational KPIs—including yield, quality, and OEE—and mentoring junior engineers to elevate technical capability across the organization. Strong proficiency in lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, and advanced manufacturing technologies, with a commitment to improving manufacturing reliability, operational excellence, and patient‐focused outcomes.
