REGENT in Rhode Island is building Seagliders and transitioning prototype habits into production systems. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will own manufacturing execution across fabrication, assembly, finishing, and structural joining, bridging process engineering with floor-level delivery.
In the first 12–18 months, you'll define, validate, and stabilize processes; ensure repeatable production; train technicians; and drive continuous improvement to reduce variability and cost.
