Milwaukee Electronics seeks a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPI to full production for electronic assemblies on the Milwaukee floor. You will shape processes, tooling, documentation, and decisions across SMT, mechanical assembly, and test operations.
You will partner with Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Engineering to deliver builds on time and to spec, escalate production issues, and drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma methods.
