We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer level III, IV or V to support the fabrication, assembly, and integration of advanced rocket engine and power system hardware. If you enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and working directly with machining, welding, and production teams, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Develop manufacturing processes for precision machined aerospace components
• Design tooling and fixtures using Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software
• Support machining, welding, assembly, and integration operations
• Review engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen and VSM
• Drive process improvements, risk assessments, and production planning
• Manage cross-functional manufacturing projects from concept to production

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (or equivalent)
• Experience with machining, welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing process development
• CAD experience (Creo/ProE, CATIA, or similar)
• Aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing experience preferred

Security Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
