Onsite Full Time Engineering

  • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce production costs.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, operation sheets, and manufacturing standards.
  • Develop production methods and manufacturing sequences using engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing processes from raw material through finished product.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, material, and quality issues while implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and process optimization.
  • Implement engineering changes and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
  • Partner with production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product execution.
  • Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations and support customer and supplier engineering requirements.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and drive long-term process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred。
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining methods, and engineering documentation。
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications。
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, or similar platforms。
  • Experience machining nickel and titanium alloys is highly desirable。
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills。
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications。
