We are currently working with an exciting robotics and advanced manufacturing company in Boston that is looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineer II to play a critical role in supporting production and improving manufacturing processes for advanced semiconductor robotics and electromechanical systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is a hands‑on manufacturing engineer who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, working directly with technicians, troubleshooting production and quality issues, and driving process improvements. Robotics experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience, ideally closer to 5
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- Strong experience with electromechanical assemblies and working directly with technicians
- Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement experience
- Experience with NPI, tooling/fixtures, CAD/GD&T, or precision manufacturing is highly preferred
