Role Overview
Trimont, founded in 1988, is the largest master servicer of commercial real estate loans in the United States, providing loan servicing, portfolio surveillance, and asset management for lenders and investors in commercial real estate secured credit. This Senior Managing Director role leads credit asset management across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio surveillance, management, modification/restructuring, and enforcement across a diverse commercial and residential real estate credit portfolio
- Lead origination and asset management underwriting, and implement value-add equity strategies
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance
- Monitor and report on asset performance, including financial analysis, market trends, and risk assessments
- Conduct financial reviews to maintain business margins and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for asset management activities
- Lead and manage a team of asset managers, underwriters, analysts, and credit administration staff
- Build relationships and incentive alignment among team members, clients, borrowers, and partners
