Leading applied research and evaluation engagements, the full-time Senior Managing Consultant will design and deliver research frameworks, manage client relationships, and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of research and evaluation projects, including developing evaluation plans and data collection strategies Advise clients on utility programs and customer challenges, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded work Manage project planning, budget tracking, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in applied research, program evaluation, or consulting engagements Expertise in qualitative research methods and familiarity with quantitative evaluation approaches Proven ability to manage client relationships, project scope, and multidisciplinary teams Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills suitable for client-facing deliverables Experience mentoring or developing junior team members in research and consulting practices
