The Opportunity:
- Support valuation processes and financial analysis
- Build and review valuation models, including DCF and comparable company analyses
- Prepare materials for senior management and valuation committees
- Analyze performance, trends, and key valuation drivers
- Support valuation-related projects and process improvements
- Partner with internal teams, auditors, and third-party valuation providers
Background:
- 6+ years of experience in valuations, real estate, real assets, investment management, or xhqgsiq a related field
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
- Familiarity with DCF and comparable company methodologies
- Knowledge of fair value principles and ASC 820
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- CFA or CPA a plus
