Managing the product strategy for JLL's Order to Cash processes, the full-time Senior Manager, Technology Product Management will oversee a team, ensure operational efficiency, and collaborate with finance partners in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Directs product strategy from conception to end of life, ensuring timely delivery of requirements Partners with finance teams to translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements Identifies opportunities to streamline processes through system configuration and automation Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, preferably in the real estate sector Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, particularly in the Order to Cash process Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout
