Senior Manager, Talent Operations

Managing a small team of early-talent recruiters and HR coordinators, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Operations will oversee the hiring and employment lifecycle for fellows in a remote environment, ensuring quality and efficiency as the program scales from 100 to 10,000 fellows. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the pod of early-talent recruiters and HR coordinators, setting priorities and coaching team members Oversee the screening and selection process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining throughput Direct the employer-of-record lifecycle, including offers, onboarding, payroll setup, and compliance tracking Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR or people operations, with a focus on both areas Experience managing teams and utilizing fractional or shared services for recruitment and HR operations Proven track record in high-volume or early-talent hiring, including ownership of HR operations such as payroll and compliance Familiarity with using AI and automation in recruiting and HR processes Strong background in handling employee relations and performance management
