Leading talent development initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Development will optimize organizational structure and drive performance by partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to assess needs, design interventions, and measure impact in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to assess and recommend improvements to organizational structure and role clarity Lead organization design projects, including stakeholder engagement and implementation plans for restructuring and integration Design and implement leadership development programs aligned with business outcomes and critical competencies Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in organization design & development and talent development, with progressive HR or HRBP experience preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred Proven track record in leading end-to-end organization design projects and large-scale change initiatives Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders Comfortable with workforce analytics and using HRIS/LMS/OD tools
