Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

To support rapid growth, the full-time Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will manage a diverse portfolio of recruitment efforts for sales, network, and business-focused roles, working remotely while partnering with leadership to drive hiring strategies and ensure exceptional talent acquisition. Key responsibilities Own a large set of requisitions across various functions, ensuring hiring aligns with business needs Proactively source and close top talent, particularly for hard-to-fill sales and network positions Collaborate with division leaders on hiring strategies, role definitions, and interview processes Required qualifications 10+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience in high-growth organizations, particularly in tech-enabled healthcare Extensive experience recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles, as well as corporate and product positions Proven track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals in fast-paced environments Hands-on recruiting experience with a strategic mindset and strong executive presence Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting
