Leading a talented team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Styling Algorithms will drive the development and deployment of innovative styling algorithms, enhancing client personalization experiences and supporting human stylists in their work. Key Responsibilities Champion AI and ML initiatives to enhance styling experiences for clients and stylists Shape the product roadmap for client-facing styling experiences, expanding personalization touchpoints Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred 5+ years of experience in AI and ML solution design and deployment, preferably in retail personalization 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or direct people manager Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code, ideally in Python Experience with online A/B testing and familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure
