As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting cross‑functional teams. What's the Job?
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.
- Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define and execute strategic business initiatives.
- Evaluate customer segments, market opportunities, channel strategies, and revenue potential.
- Coordinate business requirements and systems enablement needed to operationalize new offerings.
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams on growth strategy and business priorities.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.
- Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
