Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

To lead the commercial strategy and lifecycle management for critical infrastructure categories, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will develop multi-year sourcing strategies, manage executive-level partnerships, and negotiate complex contracts in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for high-spend categories, focusing on global frame agreements and volume leverage Manage strategic partnerships and executive-level relationships, driving continuous improvement in quality, sustainability, and cost Lead complex contract negotiations, overseeing the full commercial lifecycle from RFP drafting to final MSA execution Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply Management, or Category Management, preferably in the Data Center or Energy industries Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; MBA or JD is a significant advantage Proven track record of leading complex negotiations with global Tier-1 industrial suppliers Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and storytelling Understanding of supply chain dynamics as a competitive advantage for data center platforms
