Driving the growth of the Enterprise Restaurant Genius POS partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will build strategic relationships, evaluate partnership opportunities, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and grow the Enterprise Restaurant partner ecosystem, identifying strategic opportunities for business growth Build executive relationships with technology partners, developing joint business plans and success metrics Lead strategic partners from agreement through launch and ongoing growth, ensuring successful adoption across the Genius ecosystem Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development Proven success managing complex enterprise technology partnerships and executive-level stakeholder relationships Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems within SaaS, POS, or restaurant technology Strong business acumen with experience in developing business cases and commercial strategies Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technology partnership models
