Senior Manager, Strategic Execution (Data Centres)

A rapidly scaling, vertically integrated data centre and AI cloud infrastructure platform is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Execution to own the disciplined, predictable delivery of major US data centre customer contracts. This role sits above individual project delivery — you'll ensure schedule certainty, infrastructure readiness, commissioning milestones, and clean customer handover across a portfolio of hyperscale-grade builds, catching execution risk early and intervening before it becomes a delivery, quality, commercial, or reputational problem.

You'll own integrated delivery plans across construction/MEP, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover; run execution reporting (RAID, milestones, critical path) with a disciplined weekly cadence; assess the cost, schedule, and contractual impact of client-driven changes; and enforce delivery governance — stage-gates, escalation pathways, clear decision ownership — all without direct line authority over the teams you're coordinating.

What we're looking for:

• 8–15 years' experience in complex, capital-intensive delivery environments — data centres, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, construction, or similar
• A track record from larger organizations, ideally with exposure to mission-critical / hyperscale-grade delivery (AI data centres a strong plus)
• Comfort with commissioning, utility coordination, and integrated systems testing
• Strong grip on contracts, commercial risk, and change management
• Someone who can operate across multiple concurrent, contract-driven workstreams — not just single-site delivery
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Advanced MS Project / Microsoft Office proficiency
• Judgment and discipline to elevate issues early, and the presence to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
