Manage all aspects of the team, including development and testing, internal and external communication/collaboration, performance management and improvement, and professional growth.
Develop, organize, prioritize, and assign objectives and responsibilities consistent with department, division, and corporate goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, preferably computer science, math, or statistics.
Requires a minimum of twelve years of related programming or testing experience, including three years of project lead, supervisory or management experience.
Practical experience with more than one programming language (SAS, C/C++, SQL, Java, Go).
