The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the completeness and accuracy of each SEC filing
- Review tie-out documentation for external reports
- Research and analyze technical accounting and financial reporting issues
- Interface with external auditors and legal counsel to ensure timely filing of all required documents
- Prepare, publish, and maintain a formal calendar/timeline of events associated with all filings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Recent experience with Big 4 public accounting, with a focus on SEC reporting and/or technology companies (minimum 3 years)
- CPA required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on SEC experience is highly desired
- This position may require evening and/or weekend work as needed
