Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Financial Compliance

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the external financial reporting process and SEC compliance. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge and prior Big Four public accounting experience.

The position involves preparing SEC filings, maintaining documentation, and partnering with finance, legal, investor relations, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
