Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA
- Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA
- Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
- Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
- Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
- Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
- Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvements
- Resolve customer support issues
- Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments and customers
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar professional fields
- Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience
- Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP
- SAP Deployment experience is a must
- Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end process integration
- PeopleSoft experience is a plus
- Prior experience working in a rapid development environment
- Strong written/oral communication and project management skills
The salary range offered for this position is between $150,000 to $180,000 annually. This may be subject to change depending on the candidate's experience and skillset.
