Professional Services Senior Manager
Omnissa is an AI‑driven digital work platform that supports flexible, secure work‑from‑anywhere experiences. We are growing rapidly and need a leader to oversee a team of architects and senior consultants who deliver Omnissa technology to customers.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : develop talent, set goals, manage utilization, and maintain a collaborative, evolving culture.
- Sales Partnership : collaborate closely with Sales to nurture a backlog of contracted projects, support go‑to‑market strategy, and engage customers to enable services sales.
- Contracts & Quotes : craft statements of work using internal templates and conduct scoping conversations with team members.
- Onboarding & Impact : within the first month learn tools, metrics, and priorities; by three months make an impact on team development and customer relationships; after four months take full ownership of business outcomes and drive influence across the organization.
- Revenue & Forecasting : participate in forecasting, identify trends, and work with Sales to attach services offers to product sales.
- Project Management Support : monitor project health, partner with PMs and consultants to bring projects back on track when needed.
- Data & Insights : aggregate field data, provide senior leadership with insights to improve service efficiency and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience overseeing high‑performing technical consulting teams.
- Strong customer‑facing communication and relationship skills.
- Deep understanding of Omnissa’s technology and how it satisfies business and technical needs.
- Experience in revenue forecasting, sales partnership, and influencing sales outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects (40‑60 concurrently) and guide teams to project success.
- Comfortable with project planning tools (Agiloft, Salesforce, Oracle, Atlassian). Familiarity accelerates onboarding but is not mandatory.
Location & Travel
Remote within the United States or hybrid (required to live close to Atlanta or Mountain View). No travel expected.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $175,000–$200,000 per year with potential bonus participation. Benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, disability insurance, paid‑time off, growth opportunities, employee ownership, and more.
