Senior Manager Professional Billing

Providing operational leadership in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Manager Professional Billing will oversee professional billing functions, manage vendor performance, and drive process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance across the organization. Key responsibilities Directs Professional Billing Managers and oversees workforce management activities, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organizational standards Partners with third-party billing vendors to optimize billing operations and improve collections performance Leads initiatives for revenue cycle process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience, including management of professional billing functions within an academic medical center Technical proficiency in Epic and advanced skills in Windows-based business applications Comprehensive knowledge of patient billing policies and regulatory revenue cycle guidelines Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data to produce actionable reports
