Leading the BizOps & Strategy team, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Strategy will drive the vision and execution of sales strategies for new products, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and sales performance to identify growth levers for the Specialist Sales organization Drive cross-functional investments and manage strategic projects to optimize sales performance and support annual planning Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to influence high-impact decisions and achieve sales targets Required qualifications 8-12 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, GTM Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or Business Operations 2+ years of experience managing high-impact teams with a proven record of scaling impact and responsibility Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging large data sets and tools like DataBricks or SQL Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders, including executive audiences Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, demonstrating a bias for action
