Seeking a Senior Manager Product Operations in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will own and enhance the FCM operating model, focusing on trade flow management, position management, and regulatory reporting while driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities: Own and continuously improve the FCM operating model across core workflows Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational solutions to enhance efficiency and control quality Partner with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and ensure operational considerations are integrated into new product designs Required qualifications: Deep knowledge of listed derivatives, futures operations, and broker-dealer or FCM workflows Significant experience in operations or program leadership within regulated financial services Strong technical knowledge of trade processing systems and related infrastructure Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in the listed derivatives ecosystem Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to develop scalable operational solutions
