Because the platform is programmed and maintained by Capital One engineers, it not only frees us from dependence on rigid, costly, and aging third-party core banking platforms but also increases our ability to quickly build new and innovative products.We're looking for an experienced Product Manager that wants to build impactful capabilities.

The role will modernize Capital One's financial core, developing and managing platform capabilities for multiple lines of business.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City: $195,200 - $222,800 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementLocation is San Francisco, California: $206,800 - $236,000 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
