Leading the vision and execution of the Cards product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Management will oversee a team of Product Managers to deliver innovative payment solutions for Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards while driving strategic initiatives and market engagement. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of the Cards product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to drive product innovation and represent the company at industry events Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Management within Payments or Financial Services Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing product teams Extensive knowledge of card payments, including Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like Aha!, Jira, or Confluence
