Senior Manager, Product Management - Delivery & Operations Product Lead - Medical Affairs Domain

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

• Lead detailed business and technical requirements analysis for Veeva Medical CRM, Veeva Medical Vault, and Medical Affairs systems, translating Medical processes into scalable, compliant designs.
• Configure and optimize Veeva CRM components (Medical Inquiry, Call Reporting, Key Medical Insights, Events, Approved Email, Consent Management, Page Layout, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Design and configure Veeva Vault Medical Vault objects, relationships, lifecycles, workflows, user roles, document types, and metadata for scientific content management and medical review processes.
• Define and support AI-driven Medical Affairs workflows (automated inquiry categorization, sentiment/topic analysis of MSL interactions, proactive identification of emerging insights).
• Collaborate to extract insights from CRM and other data sources using AI/digital tools.
• Define and maintain Veeva data models and data quality standards for AI/ML readiness (reference data, picklists, field dependencies, master data governance).
• Partner with integration teams to design/validate integrations using Veeva APIs, Vault APIs, middleware, and connectors with MDM, ERP, data lakes, analytics tools.
• Support multi-country deployments, localization, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, and other frameworks).

This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

• Knowledge of Medical Affairs business processes, systems, and industry trends.
• Experience with Jira, Agile product management, backlog management, Scrum/Kanban.
• Ability to partner with data science/integration teams to operationalize AI solutions (APIs, middleware, AI/ML platforms such as NLP, large language models, predictive analytics).
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders; lead value-oriented, prioritized solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must Have:

• BS/BA with 8+ years relevant experience, or MS with 6+ years relevant experience.
• Experience partnering with technology teams and delivering value using Veeva Medical CRM, Veeva Medical Vault, and/or Salesforce.
