Senior Product Manager - AutomationCustomer Product plays a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience for customers of Walmart by recommending and championing products, processes, and solutions. We are focusing on emerging technologies to drive transformative digital experiences, personalization and simplification and are looking for a curious and driven Senior Product Manager with a track record of launching and managing successful products from concept to market to help drive our long-term AI/ML strategy for the next generation of our platform to empower human understanding at scale.As a member of the Customer Product organization, the Senior Manager, Product Management - Automation will work with engineers, data scientists, business partners, peer product managers, and other functions to meet product goals and build the tools and infrastructure to support the product analytics program strategy and next-generation artificial intelligence platform and create great experiences for both internal users and Walmart customers.Example problems you will help solve.For customers, how can Walmart anticipate a customer’s need before they contact customer service to provide a personalized experience?For agents, how can we build intelligence in Walmart’s homegrown CRM to guide agents to the optimal resolution for customers and the business?For product managers, how can we build tools and data assets to help our product teams understand opportunities with the largest ROI?For the business, how can we expand use cases of Automation and AI/Machine Learning and establish a feedback loop from Customer Care Agents and Customers to identify pain points and improvement opportunities?ResponsibilitiesWork with Product leadership and the rest of the Automation team to define and execute Automation Platform and Data strategy roadmap and vision, supporting Walmart’s current needs and deciding what Walmart should invest in to position itself for the futureShape the direction of Automation products by applying advanced analytics and to make them more efficient and intelligentIdentify the drivers of critical metrics and KPIs and provide business recommendations accordinglyWork directly with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to develop, maintain, and execute against product roadmap and lead prioritization with stakeholders to ensure benefit realizationCollaborate with key stakeholders including but not limited to Customer Care Operations, Engineering, vertical business leaders and legal throughout the product life cyclePartner closely with Analytics and Operations teams to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring and reporting of product success post launchCommunicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teamsEvangelize Automation/AI across the organization, drive new emerging technology integration, and identify new product innovation opportunities based on market trends and customer demandRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience launching products in an Agile environmentProficient in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Azure, and other querying and data visualization toolsExperience with A/B Testing and experimental designExperience defining and tracking product metricsExperience working with data engineering teams to build solutions to expand data ingestion and data pipeline frameworksExperience with leading master data and product information management initiatives to help the Automation products collect, organize, and leverage all their valuable consumer and product data
