What you'll do:

• LeadproductdevelopmentacrossoneormorekeyHomecategories,includingsofthometextiles,tabletop,furniture,décor,storage,organization,appliances,andrelatedhomefurnishings.
• Developandexecuteproductstrategiesandroadmapsalignedwithcustomerneeds,businessobjectives,andbrandpositioning.
• PartnercloselywithDesigntoelevateproductaesthetics,materials,finishes,construction,functionality,andoverallcustomerappeal.
• Championproductinnovationtoimprovequality,craftsmanship,performance,andvalue.
• Applytechnicalexpertisetodeveloprobustproductspecifications,reducedevelopmentiterations&acceleratespeedtomarket.
• Drivecontinuousimprovementacrossproductdevelopmentprocesses,tools,andtechnicalcapabilities.
• Influencecross-functionalpartnersthroughcompellingproductpresentations&data-drivenrecommendations.

What you'll bring:

• 4–6+yearsofproductdevelopmentexperiencewithinHome,withdeepexpertiseinoneormorecategoriessuchassofthometextiles,tabletop,furniture,décor,appliances,storage,orhomeorganization.
• Demonstratedabilitytotranslateconsumeranddesigntrendsintocommerciallysuccessfulproductsthatdeliverstyle,quality,functionality,andvalue.
• Strongtechnicalunderstandingofmaterials,constructionmethods,manufacturingprocesses,andcommercialization.
• Experiencedevelopingprivatebrandand/ornationalbrandconsumerproducts,ideallyacrossmultipleHomecategories.
• Strongabilitytoanalyzecustomerinsights,markettrends,andcompetitiveproductstoidentifyopportunitiesanddevelopdifferentiatedassortments.
• Excellentleadership,communication,influencing,presentation,andprojectmanagementskills.
