Summary
The Senior Manager, Planning & Allocation leads inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation across the Americas Region. The role partners with headquarters and local teams to optimize product distribution and support regional sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor rolling forecasts for assigned product categories, maintaining accuracy against objectives and KPIs.
- Partner with headquarters Supply Chain on regional product needs, forecasts, and model stock reviews.
- Allocate inventory across channels, including online retail, based on assortments and demand.
- Analyze sales, stock rotation, and business trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend action plans.
- Contribute to budgets and last-estimate exercises, prepare supply chain reporting, and co-lead presentations to senior leadership.
- Manage supply chain and operations projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in a planning role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with figures and retail mathematics; luxury retail product experience is a plus.
- SAP and Looker knowledge is an advantage; business proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
