Leading multiple client installations of PhareOS, the full-time Senior Manager, PhareOS Implementation will guide health system clients from initial scoping through go-live, serving as the primary contact for client IT leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead concurrent PhareOS implementations, overseeing project plans that include technical, operational, and client-facing activities Build and maintain relationships with client IT leadership, ensuring alignment and trust throughout the implementation process Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to support go-lives and incorporate implementation learnings into best practices Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in leading healthcare technology implementations with complex data integrations Proven track record of managing executive-level relationships within health systems Technical expertise in overseeing data integrations and making informed project decisions Preferred experience with AI-driven or SaaS platform implementations Preferred PMP or similar project management certification
