Owning and building a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will manage paid and organic channels, including search, social, and SEO, while executing hands-on tactics and directing agency resources in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the paid media strategy across various platforms, optimizing spend and nurturing buyer journeys Drive SEO and AI-driven visibility initiatives, ensuring effective targeting of solution queries and managing the SEO/AEO roadmap Oversee conversion optimization efforts, including landing pages and testing programs, to enhance click-to-conversion rates Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition at a high-growth B2B software company Proven expertise in full-funnel measurement and reporting, including UTM and CRM integration Strong understanding of SEO and AI-driven visibility strategies Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization and landing page testing Experience managing a budget of $1M+ annually with agency oversight
