Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business focused and employee centered approach.
Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management.
Provide guidance and support on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation and workplace concerns.
Deliver Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies in alignment with team and organizational goals.
Maintains knowledge of best practices, federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; integrates into employee policies and practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
7+ years of human resource experience with 5+ years of HR business partner experience required.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
