Senior Manager Packaging Compliance

Leading proactive regulatory intelligence and compliance coordination, the full-time Senior Manager Packaging Compliance will monitor global packaging regulations, translate complex requirements into actionable guidelines, and integrate compliance into packaging development processes in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on global packaging regulatory requirements and compliance expectations Translate packaging regulations into clear compliance requirements and establish packaging materials compliance standards Develop and maintain packaging compliance policies, procedures, and training for consistent implementation across the organization Required Qualifications 8 or more years of experience in packaging compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields, preferably in beauty or CPG Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, or a related field Strong knowledge of global packaging regulations, including EPR, PPWR, and materials restrictions Experience in developing and implementing packaging compliance programs and policies Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex regulatory initiatives across functions
